Chapter American Heart Association Month Activity

Our February “Love Your Heart” SweatFest
The NAASC Health and Wellness committee has challenged us (and all local chapters) to “Love Your Heart”. The NAASC NoVA Chapter has accepted that challenge and we will be participating in a fun group fitness activity (in lieu of a February chapter meeting).
Come join your sisters for some outdoor group fitness followed by dinner at Cava Grill – a nearby restaurant. Details are:
